During the Festival the selected shorts are exhibited, national and international conferences are held and there are instances of meeting with industry representatives, as well as a job fair. It is an annual event organized by the Faculty of Communication and Design of ORT University of Uruguay and declared of Cultural Interest by Uruguay’s Ministry of Education and Culture.
